The beds are very comfortable and you rest perfectly. There is no noise in the room. The brunette girl at the reception who attended us the first day, excellent treatment.
first day we arrived (May 1st) we asked for a bottle opener for a moment, to taste a typical wine of the area and waiter who attended us, who was the head of the evening shift of the dinners, dark-haired boy who had his hair up told us to bring the bottle down to the dining room so that he could open it. That was a very ugly thing to do. food leaves a lot to be desired. Same breakfast all three days and very little variety. French omelette and hard-boiled egg three days in a row. We don't even talk about coffee anymore, it's nescafe, machine with a peculiar taste. At dinner, if you have to eat from the menu, everything is fine, if it is a buffet, you will eat stewed pork and insipid salads. There was no fish in any of the dinners, except the menu. In a four-star hotel the food they offer is unthinkable.

Lovely hotel though a bit far away from the sanctuary.
Lovely seating area including a separate lounge where we sat with friends. McDonald's next to Hotel so there was an option if one required stuff like ice cream.
Reception staff not friendly compared to other reception staff in other hotels. The guy who was at reception on our last day was very nice and that made a great difference.

The Luna Fatima Hotel featured clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a lovely, quiet atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's close proximity to the Sanctuary. The complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of fresh fruits and pastries.

This hotel was fantastic when it was Fatima Plaza and is now even better!
Hardly a dislike, but we missed out on a fantastic value dinner buffet because it was not advertised anywhere in the hotel - by the time we'd found out about it we'd already eaten. Hope to catch up on this next time, if it's still available!

We came to Fatima for one night, everything was amazing. The staff was excellent and incredibly nice. Location: the hotel was really close to fast food places as well as drugstores, shops, groceries and even fast food places. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Restaurante o Convite that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Excellent cleanliness standards, proximity to important religious sites, access to parking
Room configurations can lead to confusion over reservations!!! The weak water pressure in the showers makes for an unpleasant experience!!! The common areas lack proper maintenance and tend to look neglected!!!

Hotel Staff behaviour and their responsivness to additional requests. Room size - enough space free from furniture, balcony availability, bathroom and romm cleanness.
Dinner buffet - 1 or 2 more main coarse dishes to be added to the existing chicken and fish. Lack coffee drinks variety. The machine was out odf order and only Espesso button was available - no capuchino, no hot chocolate, etc.

This hotel offers an excellent breakfast with a variety of home-made pastries. The location is ideal, just a short drive from the shrine, and the proximity to a McDonald's adds convenience for quick meals. Finding the hotel posed a challenge due to the recent name change and lack of clear directions, which can be frustrating for first-time visitors. The WiFi connection was weak on the fifth floor, impacting convenience. It's a solid option for those looking for value in this pilgrimage city.

Very friendly staff, the hotel loby is very comfortable, breakfast mediocre - could be better, some fried bacon with eggs would be great!
the room was not very clean, a big stain was on the floor in the middle of the room, the window in bathroom was moldy. the decoration of the room is not in accordance with the lobby which is decorated in modern style while the room is old fashioned. Room was more for the three star hotel. air condition was not working
